I'm not at all sure what to put here. Sure, I'm a student at UW:Madison intending to major in Japanese, but that's boring. In fact, now is probably not the best time to be doing this - the best time to be writing this would be when, say, I'm away from a computer and not thinking about it. Oh well.
I've held my life by pretty much one principle: Do what seems to be the right thing, even if for no other reason than that it's right. If you're not sure what's right, then be fair. Be nice to people because it should feel good to be nice to people. Others follow a moral code because they think it will enable them to go to heaven. I follow mine because we should live like that for this life. Heaven, if it exists, will be one hell of a bonus.
